- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪While trying to make an appointment to see a physician, the answering operator was very short and not helpful at all. She kept referring to what she thought I needed and not listening to me. Very rude, short, sassy. So if this is what the customer gets as a first impression, I bet her manager doesn't know how she answers the phone. She kept acting like I was stupid and she just didn't want to be bothered.
